Austin’s roots in creative advertising and graphic design started when he was in high school. He still hones his visual skills in his side business working with underrepresented clubs and team sports in higher education for schools such as Michigan State, Florida State and Arizona State. He leverages that work — making and meeting deadlines, creating deliverables and working directly with customer needs — to benefit clients at M3 Group. “At the end of the day, it’s all about putting the people first and seeing how you can do what’s best for them with your skills,” he said. Music of all genres (yes, including ’80s and ’90s country) occupies much of Austin’s free time. He’s a big believer of listening to entire albums all the way through. Three albums he thinks everyone should listen to from start to finish at least once? “good kid, m.A.A.d. city” by Kendrick Lamar, “A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out,” from Panic! At The Disco, Rise Against’s “The Sufferer and the Witness.”
