Delphi had its famous oracle, Frodo had Gandalf and Jay had Silent Bob. At M3, the person who staff turns toward for whatever answers they seek and whatever need they require is Kristy. As the leader of the marketing technology team, she helps manage web, email, search engine optimization and other martech projects for all clients, as well as facilitates effective communication and manages resources to ensure efficiencies and effectiveness in all processes, tools and technologies. Because technology and operations are both in an ever-changing state of flux, she is the problem-solving mechanic at the agency.

In a nutshell, Kristy is the solutions-oriented seeker for what ails you. Not that she would have it any other way. Seeing a plan pushed into action that solves a problem or streamlines a process is where Kristy finds her most fulfilling satisfaction. Let’s not forget that Kristy, much like her love of sports, embodies the ultimate team player. No matter how packed her schedule or demanding her day is, she’s always ready to step up and deliver, proving time and again that she’s always “game-time” ready.
